About three years ago, I found myself at
a personal and professional crossroads. I had advanced degrees, practical

TCC Member Life Coaches are extremely qualified.
The types of qualifications will vary depending upon the specialty of
the coaches. The key areas of coaching qualifications and the range of
qualifications for TCC Member Life Coaches are:
TCC only accepts experienced coaches who have perfected
their coaching skills and capabilities through actual practice. TCC Member
Life Coaches have three to fourteen years actual coaching experience.
TCC Member Coaches have received one year to five years coach training
and graduated from recognized and certified coaching schools. Many have
also received further coach training through ICF courses, or University
curriculums. TCC Member Coaches have also completed a minimum of two years
of college. A vast majority has received college degrees and most have
also attained graduate degrees, including Ph. D’s
Every TCC Member Life Coach will have the special
personal characteristic of the "Gift of Coaching." With the
"Gift" they genuinely care more about the success of their clients
(you) than they do themselves. They are very "You" centered,
and naturally focus on assisting their clients to achieve their goals,
because they gain their personal and ego rewards from the accomplishments
of their clients. You will be the true center of attention, when a TCC
Member Life Coach coaches you.
Every TCC Life Coach has proven to be extremely trustworthy and has displayed
the highest integrity. In fact, the trust factor is the most critical
and important trait of all TCC Member Coaches.
Special Publication Distinctions
TCC Member Coaches have published numerous articles
and many have published at least one, if not more, books on all forms
of human improvement.
Many TCC Member Coaches have received coaching certifications from recognized
coach certification bodies, including the International Coaching Federation
(ICF). Many Member Coaches have also been licensed or certified in numerous
other human improvement fields.
All TCC Member Coaches must undergo a rigorous
multi-phased screening process to be accepted as an active Member
Coach. To date, only 163 coaches have been accepted from over 1,700 applicants.
There are currently 132 active TCC Member Coaches.
TCC Member Coaches are constantly monitored to determine their coaching
successes, based upon on the successes of our clients. Unfortunately,
we have ceased working with some Member Coaches who no longer met our
very high standards. This is not pleasant, but it is vital to assure that
you, our clients are connected with only the best life coaches. Our Member
Coaches are encouraged to continue their education to improve their coaching
capacity. TCC Member Life Coaches are not employees of TCC. TCC has no
quotas. TCC selects the right coaches to create the most ideal match with
each TCC client, on a client by client basis.
You will always
be a client of TCC.
TCC does not broker you or refer you to coaches and ask for a release.
Instead you will always pay TCC and be a client of TCC's. TCC will watch
over the entire coaching process to make sure you are completely happy
with your coaching and the progress towards your goals. TCC will, in effect,
be your insurance protector to make sure you succeed. TCC can talk to
coaches on your behalf, or replace coaches with new Member Life Coaches
with your full acceptance, should your Life Coach no longer provide you
the coaching you expect and deserve.
TCC can also connect you with other Member Life Coaches to assist you
to accomplish new coachable goals that are different than your original
goals.
The Real Purpose of your TCC Member Life Coaches!
Your TCC Life Coaches
will concentrate their energies, experience, training and skills on assisting
YOU to ACHIEVE your coachable
goals. You will be the center of attention. Your TCC Member Coach
will focus totally on your growth, your achievements, your success and
your rewards. In essence, TCC Member Life Coaches focus on coaching
themselves out of a job. And you decide when the coaching process
is completed by the completion of your goals.
TCC requires no contracts!
You will not be asked to sign a contract. With TCC
you engage the services of your specially selected TCC Member Life Coach
after you have completed the Money-Back Guaranteed Initial Coaching Period.
You continue your coaching on a period by period basis, until you achieve

TCC has no monetary incentive
to direct you to higher cost coaches!

thinking that life coaching is just another form of consulting, disguised
by a new title. You have most likely used
consultants or even conducted consulting yourself and
feel that a life coach would not offer anything
